home delivery & takeaway orders can be placed tuesday – saturday 4pm – 9pm. once your order is placed it will be accepted by one of our members of staff and delivered by our dedicated team of drivers. please note that home delivery charge is £2.00. payment types accepted are cash, visa, mastercard, american express. 

refunds policy

if you are not entirely satisfied with your order please do not hesitate to contact A cappella on 0117 971 3377 or email info@acappellas.co.uk to discuss. A cappella will offer either your order again or a refund.  in the event that a card refund is required we will process the refund in full back to the card of purchase immediately and the amount will be deposited into your bank account within 5-7 working days.
