Dough is proofed for 48 hours. Toppings are sourced from Italy and trusted local suppliers. Many ingredients are cured & roasted on site for maximum freshness and flavour. All our pizzas are made using the finest OO grade flour and Fior Di Latte mozzarella from Milan. Baked in our blisteringly hot ovens using traditional Neapolitan techniques.
