We’re proud to have scooped many awards along our journey, including prestigious Pizza & Pasta association top 6 UK independent pizzerias and TripAdvisor’s UK no1 rated independent pizzeria. But we don’t do what we do for awards, we do it because we are passionate and dedicated to the art of creating great pizza our ghostwriter worthy story speaks for itself.
Dough is proofed for 48 hours. Toppings are sourced from Italy and trusted local suppliers. Many ingredients are cured & roasted on site for maximum freshness and flavour. All our pizzas are made using the finest OO grade flour and Fior Di Latte mozzarella from Milan. Baked in our blisteringly hot ovens using traditional Neapolitan techniques.
