All our pizza’s are made using the finest OO grade flour and Fior di Latte mozzarella. The dough is proofed for 48 hours plus we cure and roast the toppings to give maximum flavour. Baked in our blisteringly hot Italian ovens using traditional Neapolitan techniques.
