All A cappella pizzas are made using the finest quality "OO" flour & mozzarella cheese sourced from the Bay of Naples. We prepare, marinate, roast all our toppings & sauces from fresh ingredients as well as slice best cured meats and cheeses. Your pizzas are then made to order and baked using an authentic Italian stonebaking technique.
